Eagle River Whisky at the Grand Tasting, Epicurean Adventure in Beaver Creek.

Eagle River Whisky was invited to bring our tasting room experience to the Epicurean Adventure at Beaver Creek Resort last weekend, Sept 21-24.

We were so proud to be the pouring partner at Mirabelle’s Farm to Table event, which kicked the weekend off on Thursday. We welcomed the guests with a Boulevardier cocktail (made just right with our Dowds whisky). Then Chef Joly spoiled us all with a spectacular four-course meal, on the front lawn of the historic farmhouse, under the stars, with fresh ingredients straight from the Mirabelle greenhouse.

On Saturday, we traveled up the gondola to Spruce Saddle which had been transformed into a 1920’s themed speakeasy complete with decadent velvet curtains, leather couches and even aerial performers. We brought our “table top speakeasy” and served our whisky and cocktails through the little hidden door. What a fun night! Thank you to all the staff and event organizers at the Beaver Creek Resort company, and to the many kind people who enjoyed our whisky!!
