We don’t make vodka. Nor gin. Not even a bourbon.

Instead, we focus exclusively on crafting premium single malt whisky from 100% malted barley and pristine, Rocky Mountain snow melt. It’s how we capture the true spirit of Colorado. Authentic, adventurous, and just a little wild.

The Minturn Whisky Co. is nestled near Vail, in Colorado’s last great ski town, Minturn. Our whisky is cut with the waters  of the Holy Cross Mountain Wilderness, a water source completely unique to Minturn. This mountain town is fiercely independent, and surrounded by unspoiled beauty. It’s the perfect place to make exceptional Colorado Single Malt Whisky.

Our tiny tasting room, the Wee Dram, clocks in at a mere 135 square feet and has a cozy mountain pub atmosphere. Sip a fine dram by the fire while the snow is falling, or enjoy a cocktail watching the sun set in the warmer months.
